Enabling Mac Driver and Decorate window checkboxes should not corrupt the wrapper registry; The Retina Mode can be enabled from the Screen Options window; Kill Wineskin Processes should kill ALL Wineskin processes. Icons can be extracted directly from exe files; Images (not.icns files) should also be accepted has wrapper icons. Drag the Wineskin to the /Applications/ folder. Yes, this is necessary. Right click the Wineskin wrapper (MTGArena.app) and select 'Open.' If you are on High Sierra or greater, afterwards select 'Screen Options' and uncheck 'Auto detect GPU Info.'

Wineskin wraps the windows application that you want to run in a package that can operate as a Mac application. So, Wineskin creates a wrapper for your Windows apps that can run in OS X. We will be experimenting by installing a game called Scribblenauts Unmasked: A DC Comics Adventure – the procedure is the same for any game or app. Drag and drop both Wine and WineBottler applications to your Applications folder to install them, just like you would any other Mac application. You can then launch WineBottler from your Applications folder. WineBottler lists a number of different programs you can easily install. Many pieces of software used for astronomy do not have equivalents that can be used by those of us running OSX on macintosh computers. I have made a few wineskin wrapped versions of the software that I am currently using and I have made them available here for you.
You must first download Wineskin Winery and install it.
You can then wrap Software such as Registax and AutoStakkert so that they will run almost seamlessly in OSX. If you want to skip this step, you still need to install wineskin winery, but you can use the wineskin wrapped versions of Registax and AutoStakkert that I’ve prepared below. They are currently running without issue on OSX 10.10.
Download Registax 6.1.0.8 packaged in Wine for OSX.
Download AutoStakkert 2.3.0.21 packaged in Wine for OSX. This wrapper has the windows ffmpeg executables already installed that will allow you to import .mov files without having to transcode them.

How to build a Mac app from the Wavosaur windows executable with Wineskin
Wineskin is a free tool able to build a MAC port for Windows application : http://wineskin.urgesoftware.com.
The ports come as normal Mac application bundle.
Wineskin is based of course on Wine.
Here’s a step by step guide, you need an internet connexion and a MAC computer :
1) download Wineskin Winery
2) download Wavosaur 32 bit and extract Wavosaur.exe on your HD
3) download MFC42.dll
4) unzip and launch Wineskin Winery app

If there are no packages / wrappers, just use the “update” button and “+” button to add engine from the Web. You may need to restart the app to make the engine appears in the list.
5) click “Create New Blank Wrapper”
Enter the name for the Mac program : “Wavosaur” is a good choice !
6) if you get some windows asking you for installing .NET support or Gecko support, just click “cancel”, Wavosaur doesn’t need .NET framework in order to run. It just needs a dll file, we’ll add it on step 10)

7) After some time, you should get the window as seen below :
click “View wrapper in Finder”
then close the Wineskin Winery App
8) right click on Wavosaur.app and select “Show Package Contents”, you should see a folder, a shortcut and a Wineskin.app

9) open drive_c /ProgramFiles and copy Wavosaur.exe into it
10) open drive_c /Windows/System32 and copy MFC42.dll into it
11) launch Wineskin.app, and select “Advanded”
12) click on “browse” for the Window EXE and select Wavosaur.exe from the “drive_c/Program Files”. You can also set an icon if you want => Wavosaur Mac icon

At this time you can Test Run : it works ! If not, you can see an error log.
How To Update Wineskin On Mac
13) close the Wineskin.app, now you can use Wavosaur.app by double clicking on it, like any Mac application.
Copy Wavosaur.app anywhere you want (/Applications sounds like a good place).
